    We don't have or have not formally defined what our Culture is, what we stand for as an organisation, and to be honest it is not something we have thought about much or really need to
    We have tried or have formally defined our Culture, but find it hard to understand what it is that we are actually defining in the first place. We would like to explore this more but would appreciate help in this area
    We know what we are about, our culture is understood and displayed in our behaviors in work, it may not be the most popular way of doing culture but it works for us so we don't need to rock the boat
    Our culture is clearly defined and combines with a number of other elements to form our Northstar, we are excited by our culture and our people talk about it openly on social media. We are seen as thought leaders in this area and are really proud of it!

    We haven't really defined our culture so there is nothing to declare, or we have a culture but our people get it so we feel the need to declare it
    We have tried before and didn't quite get it right or have not yet tried and want to get it right first time. We get that it is important to declare our culture and get it right when we do but feel that it would be useful to get help with this are of digital transformation
    Our culture is defined & declared - it is on our walls and in the materials we use to market ourselves - it is in every area of our business and is understood we are pretty happy here
    Our culture is industry renowned - or certainly bragged about by our team on social media and at meetups. We have got this right and know that because of the results we see from it in action every day

    We have contact details for our customers to get in touch with us if they feel the need to, outside of this we are not overly engaged with our clients in the services/products we provide
    We do engage with our customers in various ways and to various levels of success, we wonder how some of our competitors manage to do it better than we do or are they doing it at all? A new experience is required in this area
    We go to trade fares, we have open days, we engage on multiple levels with various people within our CRM. We are told by them that we do things pretty well in this area and that is one of the reasons that they come back to us, we understand our customers
    Our events and programs for the customer are pretty legendary, some of our customers tell us they feel part of our team through the engagement we have with them, and they talk about this openly on our behalf. We are always open to ideas but this is one area we are really proud of as a team

    We are not sure of the level of engagement of our team, the work we need gets done and the balance sheet is doing well so we don't feel the need to change anything
    We have tried a few different ways of engaging our team more or are yet to start on that journey, we do however recognise that an engaged team is a far more productive team
    We have a fairly good level of engagement from our team, we are happy with the latest feedback on this from the team so see little need to make any further investment in this area at the moment
    Our latest team surveys tell us that the team is fully engaged in all areas of our business, not only do the team tell us but we can see it in how people go about their business on a day to day basis
