    We don't have or need a defined process, a lot of our work is ad-hoc and unpredictable, or the team feels that process is an unrequired burden that simply serves to slow them down
    We have a loosely defined process or a very old process that people just follow because that's how it's always been done. We can see that there are parts that offer little value any more, and are not moving us in the right direction, we need help to reshape this and carry out the change we want to make
    We have a mature and well-understood process, it's not perfect! Who's is but we are content that it does what it needs to we have no inclination or need to change or improve here
    Our process is a cornerstone of our success story, it is well, defined, understood and practiced as it delivers real value to us as a business and our clients, we are always happy to hear about ways it could be improved either from our team or from others

    We don't communicate our process through any means really, people know how it works here so there is no need, and we are fairly happy with how it works
    We do communicate our process to new starters, we would do this in a documented but sometimes ad-hoc way, and we get different versions depending on who teaches the process. We are keen to find out ways to improve our process and our way of communicating it.
    We communicate our process in a standard way, that works. There is little room for improvement in the way we do this and our team tells us its fine
    We communicate our process in ways which really engage new starters and old hands alike, we constantly strive to find new and innovative ways to get how things get done across to our team, and we even share it with our clients so they understand how we work

    We assume our process is understood by everyone in the business as they use it to perform their role every day, if there where problems with this we would know about it and deal with it, it does not concern us
    We think our process is understood by the team, we communicate it, but would like to sense check that the team understand it at a deep level and that they believe it is working, we are interested in digging into this more to see the results
    Our process is clear, communicated and understood, not everyone likes it but it services the business pretty well so we are content with this area
    We ensure our process is understood by everyone who is expected to use it by holding regular reviews of it and taking feedback on board testing and adjusting as we go to get peak performance from our teams. Ultimately the teams feel they own the process and can use it to deliver best in class results

    We feel our process is valued by the team as they use it every day, and people don't talk about it
    We feel our process adds value to how we do things, we do however want to improve things in this area, but we never seem to quite get round to it
    Our process adds value to how we operate, the team occasionally review how we do things and make changes if required we are content with ourselves in this area
    Our team owns and value the process we have we work collaboratively together as a group and consider ideas from all levels of our business. Without our process, we would see severe difficulty in how we operate and the morale of our team

    We don't try and fix what is not broken our process stays as it is until something does not work so we can concentrate on maximising productivity
    We have attempted to iterate on our process before but found it very difficult to find the time or the right approach to really make this work, we would certainly like to hear about how others have achieved iteration in their process
    Our team has a couple of reviews a year of our process, or ad-hoc if required. If something needs to change we have policies and practices in place to make that happen, we are content with this
    We hold regular sessions to allow our team to iterate on our process, all areas of the business attend these sessions and we feel it is integral to our culture and way of working we do this to optimise our success

    We see little value in having a strategy around process our process does what is required of it and the team is working with it daily
    We don't currently have a strategy around process in place, we have previously attempted to do this as we know it is of value, again time is a limiting factor for us here
    We have a working strategy in place, we invest in this area to a level we feel is effective and brings us the desired results for the business
    Our team created and retains ownership of our strategy on process, we as a company are committed to this and invest in it as we feel it helps us deliver outstanding results, it also serves to keep the team engaged and motivated
