    Technology is not a major part of our business, or what we have is adequate, we invest in tech when we have to, it holds no real interest for us as a team
    The technology we use to do our work is effective to a point, we would like to hear about ways of doing things better, or using newer technology to achieve more. We lack a little experience in this are, or just want some fresh ideas
    Our technology is good enough for the job we ask of our team, we have a CTO/CIO in place to review this from time to time with the team
    We take great pride in the technology we use, our team blog about it regularly and like to be seen as innovative and thought leaders in this space

    The technology we provide to the business does the minimum required and they seem happy enough with the functionality
    The tech we provide is used by the team, however, the team are vocal about certain systems or areas not being great, we know we need to change this or we risk losing people and business, but we are not overly confident in how to go about making this change
    People use the tech provided on a daily basis to complete their work, we know some of it is not ideal, but it is acceptable to the team. We have people and process in place to keep an eye on things and feel that we have our level of investment right both monetarily & people wise
    Our tech is heavily utilised the team love using it and it is part of the culture of the company. People blog about it and we even get contacted by other companies asking us how we achieved what we have with technology

    We don't see the need to keep up to date with the latest technology trends and options, its simply not a great investment for our business to put time, effort and money into this area
    Some of our technology is really up to date and current, some is certainly not, it still works and is pretty central to what we do and changing it would be difficult, we are not sure how to approach this, and would like help assessing our options
    The majority of our technology stack and systems are pretty up to date. Our lead engineers and some of the executive keep an eye on things in this area, and we listen to what our team says. We handle this well we feel
    Using the latest tech is important to us and we take great pride in the fact that we do, it is part of our company culture and working practices to constantly strive to find the latest and best technology, and that comes form every area and level of our team

    Our strategy around technology is simple, we use it until it is not effective and then we change it, we see what is on offer at that point in time then one of the directors makes a choice usually based on cost vs effectiveness
    We do have a strategy and a roadmap for technology within our business, however, we feel this could be improved but finding the time to do this, and also the right approach has been a stumbling block for us in this area, it would be great to see how others approach this
    Our senior technologist within the business handles this for us - they consult with other members of the team and we have a published strategy that does what we need it to do for us, our team is mostly content with our approach here
    Our strategy is collaboratively written with our team there is ownership of this at every level of the business and we have a great track record in this area, it's in all our company documentation and is covered in training. Our team love our approach to this

    We don't really have a culture around technology and our team uses what we provide, we feel it would be wasteful to exert energy into this area
    We have an informal culture around our technology, and we are certain we need to bring this to the forefront in our business. We understand if we get this right it can reap huge rewards for us all, we have an approach and would like validation of it, or we have no approach and would like help in setting the direction of our approach
    Our technology culture is formalised and understood, we have a group established or a role that looks after this within the business. We are happy with our culture and talk about it openly with colleagues and clients alike
    Our culture of tech is well known both internally and externally to our organisation, we blog about it, we tell our clients about it to hopefully inspire them as we understand deeply the benefit of a great culture around tech. It is a cornerstone of our business

    We have an interesting relationship with our IT department, they are seen as a separate part of the business, and while they do some great things, at times we feel let down, badly
    We do trust the IT team to deliver most of the time, however, both the business and the IT team need to work more effectively together, we do try on occasion to make this happen but the results sometimes mean that we put off trying, we could do with help here
    We trust our IT department to deliver on their commitments and the business knows that they are a key part of our success story, we are happy with this area of our operations
    We trust our IT team completely they understand the business and often come up with ideas and strategies that help us grow, they are collaborative and transparent with progress, and wow do they make progress!
